Cottage Grade Castle Grade

Timeless "Heart O'Pine Cottage to Castle" Flooring Series

This series of flooring is our New Heart Pine. The product is graded into a "Cottage" Grade at 50% to 100% or a "Castle" Grade at 70%- 100% Heart Content, which also has fewer knots.

It is available in 3 1/8", 4 1/8", 5 1/8", 6 7/8", 8 7/8" and 10 7/8" actual face widths, which is a nominal 4", 5", 6", 8", 10" and 12" board. The actual thickness is 3/4". This flooring has beautiful character appearance, tight knots, excellent heart content for hardness, and is reasonably priced. Surface checks not longer than 20% of the board length are allowed. Through checks are allowed on 15% of the board, so long as the through checks do not reach an end. Lengths could vary from 6 feet to 16 feet.

This flooring is graded for heart content only, not for grain, and sold UN-FINISHED.

           Timeless "Simply Southern" Flooring Series, # 2 SYP

This product is a standard # 2 Grade Southern Yellow Pine.  There is no heart guarantee, though some boards do have some heart content, and is a knotty pine. It is both economical and durable. We offer this flooring in widths ranging from 3 1/8" to 8 7/8" actual face width, which is a nominal 4", 6", 8", or 10" board.   The actual thickness is 3/4", and is sold UN-FINISHED.   This product works well with a "Shabby Chic" decor !
      (Our new pine flooring is also available in a "C" Grade, which has very few knots or a "D" Grade, which has some knots, but less than the #2 Grade.)

         Please allow 1-2 weeks lead time on all New Pine Flooring orders. Wider widths require a 2-3 week lead time, and are special order.

Photo below shows solid Timeless "Heart O'Pine" and solid Timeless "Simply Southern" #2 Southern Yellow Pine" in top half. Lower half is Timeless "End-grain Reclaimed Heart Pine". The two side boards are un-finished, engineered white oak. Some of the pine boards have a light stain and polyurethane finish, some are un-finished. The end-grain sample has no stain, just polyurethane to bring out the natural beauty and patina of reclaimed heart pine.
