About Us

Timeless Wood Floors, Inc. was founded by Robert Smith and Sharon Wiggins in 2004. We are located just West of Atlanta, in Villa Rica, Georgia near the Georgia-Alabama line. 
 
 Our company manufactures high quality flooring from reclaimed Oak, Heart Pine, Hickory, American Wormy Chestnut, Fir, and Maple/Beech.   We also manufacture a line of pre-finished engineered reclaimed heart pine flooring.

In addition we have New Heart Pine as well as Southern Yellow Pine, Old Growth Hickory, and Eastern White Pine.

We are a family business dedicated to excellence in wood flooring and outstanding customer service. 

Robert Smith, with more than forty years experience in the wood flooring and construction/building industry, is a driving force in the wood flooring industry today.  His expertise has come from serving as general manager, sales manager, and purchasing agent with several national wood flooring companies. He is a wood flooring consultant, and a former certified National Wood Flooring Association Inspector, and home inspector.

Sharon Wiggins has nearly forty years experience in promotions and advertising.  Her experience in these areas enhances her position as President and Advertising & Marketing Director for Timeless Wood Floors, Inc.  She has also worked extensively in sales and customer service.

Ruth Garner is a seasoned sales associate.  With over 50 years in sales and customer service, her attention to detail in taking your order, and her thoughtful customer service will ensure an ongoing and pleasant relationship with Timeless Wood Floors, Inc. 
Holly Smith joins our team with a background in sales and design.  She has extensive knowledge of the flooring industry, and will be able to assist you with any flooring questions or concerns you may have.

Our combined knowledge and years of experience in the flooring industry and sales, drives our goal to offer the finest wood flooring products, manufactured to the highest industry standards, at reasonable prices.  All of us here at Timeless Wood Floors, Inc. want to help you make the right decisions in your flooring purchases.
